Free Consulation
One of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. It's important to me that we feel like a good fit. I offer free, 20 minute in-person or over-the-phone consultations to help us determine whether or not we want to work together.
Fees and Policies
My rate is $200 for a 50 minute therapy session. Longer sessions can be arranged at the same rate.

I am not paneled with any insurance companies directly, but have experience helping clients claim their out of network benefits through submitting superbills to their insurance companies directly. I accept H.S.A. cards, F.S.A. cards, credit cards, cash and checks. Payment is due at the time of each session.

It’s quickest and easiest to call, email or text me if you need to change the scheduled time of your appointment. I require 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. If 24 hours notice for a cancellation is not met, the full fee for a session will be charged.

I offer teletherapy services to clients in both Texas and Utah where I have active licenses. I predominantly use Google Meet and FaceTime and am open to using other platforms.
